Kids Daycare Driver
The position of Daycare Driver reports to the Senior Kids Program Manager and requires a highly motivated person who has a passion for following God and serving homeless women and children. As the Kids Driver, this person will be responsible for safely driving kids to or from day care, while maintaining good relationships and good boundaries with each family involved. The successful candidate will have proven they are responsible, dependable, and enjoy working with kids.
This position reports to the Senior Facilities Manager and requires a highly motivated person who has a passion for following God, serving homeless women and children, and equipping volunteers to engage in the mission at Acres of Diamonds. As the Volunteer Coordinator, this person will be responsible for managing all aspects of the volunteer’s experience. The successful candidate will have proven leadership and organizational abilities, be highly motivated, enjoy working both individually and directing others, and love creating opportunities for people to step into their unique skillsets while volunteering.
Office and IT Coordinator
The Office and IT Coordinator position combines the roles of receptionist and office manager, including oversight of staff technology needs. A successful candidate will be customer service oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination and management of the Capital Campaign. The Campaign Manager helps set strategy as well as executes all aspects of a multi-faceted, multi-year, multi-phased campaign. The role entails working collaboratively with members of the Development team, staff, volunteers in various campaign committees, as well as fundraising counsel (if applicable).
Kids Program Coordinator
This position requires a highly motivated person who has a passion for serving homeless women and children. The Kids Program Coordinator oversees Kids Program at Acres of Diamonds under the supervision of the Kids Program Manager. This includes helping to provide age specific programing for either school aged children or birth through preschool aged children during program nights, some training of volunteers to ensure child safety, run program and be the on-site expert on child safety. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to run programs, troubleshoot issues, empower and oversee volunteers, and provide support to traumatized kids. The position requires a heart of compassion and love for hurting people, and the ability to practice sound judgment and discernment, as they help kids break the cycle of homelessness.
